Limited collection made with Singapore clay

Admire the raw beauty of clay From This Land, revealed in the unglazed surfaces: groggy, earthy, and rich in natural toasted orangey-brown.

Made with Singapore clay sourced from Sam Mui Kuang Pottery, this clay was collected decades ago from the grounds around their former studio location, and from early construction sites during Singapore’s nation-building years. Today, Singapore clay is rare. It can no longer be legally collected, making what remains limited and precious.

Life is a constant becoming. Shifting, growing and unfolding to show up as the best version for each season. In the midst of all the becoming, there is also 歸 (guī), a gentle return to what feels right in that moment.
