About the Pieces
Every piece from I’m Oh Clay is handmade in small batches. My style is clean, simple and organic, guided by the wabi-sabi idea that beauty can be found in imperfection.

Because each piece is made by hand, you can expect subtle variations in shape, size, and colour. These small differences are part of what makes handmade pottery unique. They are not flaws, but quiet marks of the process and the hands that shaped them.

No two pieces are ever identical. Each one carries its own rhythm, character and story.

Food Safety
All pieces are glazed with food-safe glaze unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Ordering
All pieces are made and listed in limited quantities. Once a piece or collection sells out, it may not be restocked in the same form again. If you would like to be notified of future collections, you can subscribe to the mailing list or follow @imohclay on Instagram.

Shipping
Shipping is currently available within Singapore only. Each order is carefully wrapped and packed to ensure it reaches you safely. A tracking code will be provided once your order is on its way.

Pick-up
If you prefer, you can choose to pick up your order at Mayflower MRT Station (Thomson–East Coast Line). Once your order is ready, I will reach out to arrange a time that works for both of us.

Care Instructions
To keep your piece at its best, hand washing is recommended. Microwave and dishwasher use are possible but may shorten the lifespan of your piece over time.

Returns and Cancellations
Each piece is individually handmade, with its own variations in shape, size, and colour. These small differences are part of what makes handmade pottery special.

Because of this, refunds, returns and cancellations are not available once a purchase has been made. Thank you for understanding and for supporting handmade work.

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with a photo of the item. I will do my best to make things right.
