Food Safety
All pieces are handmade and glazed with food safe glaze, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping
At the moment, we ship within Singapore only. Each order will be carefully packed and sent with a tracking code so you can follow its journey.

Pick-up
If you prefer, you can pick up your order at Mayflower MRT Station (Thomson East Coast Line). We'll coordinate a time that works for both of us.

Care Instructions
To keep your piece at its best, hand washing is recommended.

Returns and Cancellations
We're unable to offer refunds, returns or cancellations once a purchase has been made. Thank you for understanding and for supporting handmade work.
