This is one of four circular pieces from a set I call My Grief. The delicate crackles running across its surface feel like the quiet ruptures I've carried inside, lines that have formed from tension, wear, and the need to contain what was never meant to be contained.
At the centre sits a single stained flower. This piece reminds me that grief is not always loud, it can sit quietly beneath the surface, shaping how we hold ourselves together.
