This is one of four mini bowls from the Smaller Than Small set. Almost a chawan, but too small to be one, it mirrors how often I've made myself smaller than I needed to be, shortchanging myself of the life I want to live. The soft lilac interior is surrounded by hand-painted flowers, holding space gently and reminding me I no longer need to keep making myself small.
