This is one of four mini bowls from the Smaller Than Small set. Almost a chawan, but too small to be one, it mirrors how often I've made myself smaller than I needed to be, shortchanging myself of the life I want to live. With soft pink flowers circling its base and a gentle peach interior, this piece feels tender and honest. It holds space for the moments I stayed quiet, softened my needs, and stepped aside too quickly. And it reminds me now, I don't have to do that anymore. I can take up space. I can speak.
